Kris Allen’s girlfriend
American Idol winner Kris Allen’s girlfriend has been his wife since September of last year. Kris Allen has captured a lot of admirers not only because of his talent, but also because of his boyish good looks and his boy-next-door appeal. Unfortunately for the ladies, Kris Allen is no longer available as he has married his long-time girlfriend Katy O’Connell Allen on September 26, 2008.
I’m one of the people who were heartbroken when I found out that not only does Kris Allen has a longtime girlfriend, but he already married her long before he joined American Idol. And he was only 23, a little too young for me to get married. But hey, I support Kris Allen in his decisions and I’m absolutely happy he won American Idol season 8 against Adam Lambert.

I think you two make an awsome couple. Kris it looks like you are really happy with her and that’s all that matters. But I knew that was your girl when she came up to hug you at the end of the season finale of american idol, just the way you embrassed her. It was so cute and you can tell you guys really love eachother. So I am happy for you guys, jealous but still happy.

I think that some of the people leaving comments are very mean and hateful. Especially the one that asked about a red head sitting next to him on the plane. That sounds like someone who wants to drive a wedge in their relationship because they are jealous and then the person that said she is fat. How mean spirited some people are. Kris is happy people and Katy is beautiful get over it!!! He was praise and worship leader at his church and is a Christian and I am very sure that people being this mean didn’t even cross his mind. Please leave him alone if you don’t have anything nice to say. Please don’t try to destroy his marriage. I can’t stand people that break up marriages!
